Coal as China’s most important energy, coal mine production safety is the mostimportant task of the coal industry, an important part of the sustainable and healthydevelopment of the coal industry, is an important prerequisite to achieve sound andrapid development of the coal industry, the basis of and the protection is to maintain thestable development of China’s rapid economic cornerstone. Relationship to themaintenance of the stability of the country as well as important historical mission ofChina’s great cause of national rejuvenation. Therefore, to enhance the healthydevelopment of the coal industry has an important economic and social benefits. Ourcountry is lagging behind the coal industry with two major features: the first production,the second accident rate. The resulting safety monitoring system in the long time lag inresearch on both of mine monitoring system for accurate monitoring data, timeliness,reliability and intelligent flawed. Therefore need to be optimized and extended researchof traditional coal mine monitoring system, and thus build a more efficient and reliablecoal mine monitoring system.Paper, according to the special environment of the underground complex and theclosed nature of the external network. Ground traditional wireless communicationnetwork can not be effective communication; traditional wired mine monitoring systemexposed the lack of flexibility, poor compatibility, information processing andtransmission inefficiencies, not high end level of intelligence, network operation andself-test function is not perfect, system integration lack more and more problems. Thusthesis proposes two systems: First ZigBee wireless communication technology will bemainly used in coal mine monitoring system combined with industrial Ethernettechnology to build a comprehensive normalization coal mine monitoring system.Wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee technology, the system to overcome thedisadvantages of the traditional networks, the introduction of multi-path transmissionand multi-transmitter module and power regulation to improve the network transmissioncapacity and improve Mesh multihop network routing method; smart sensor The way tobuild a self-treatment as well as video and audio encoding compression techniques toreduce the flow of network bit support video and audio transmission, multi-parameter,high holding force coal mine monitoring system; The system supports real-time displayof man-machine positioning and parameters with historical information recorded information management system, and the system through the web virtual map mode in avariety of communication terminal for display and performs the operation of the linkson the map. Second: VLF VLF communication technology-based low-cost emergencyrescue standby system. Not only to strengthen the monitoring and control of theday-to-day production, reliability; VLF emergency standby rescue system to make up athe aforementioned main comprehensive monitoring system in major coal mineaccidents in the vulnerability to further improve the overall safety factor to ensure costcase.
