The rapid growth of Chinese automobile industry hasbegun to introduce the automotive supply chain management. It is important to optimize theautomobile supply chain management business processes, realize the business processmanagement, optimize the inventory, increase the flow rate, reduce inventory, and reducemanagement cost. This paper focus on the process optimization, design, development, andimplementation of supply chain management information system based on the analysis ofFAW Mazda Motor Sales Co., Ltd. original business processes. It realizes the internal andexternal resources unified control. And it has the characteristics of reasonable process andstrong reference.The research result and main contents of this paper includes:1. The paper analyzes the FAW Mazda Motor sales company business processes. Frombusiness analysis of the host plant management platform and the dealer managementplatform, it establishes the three major business processes of whole vehicle sales process,parts management process, and after-sales service process. It raises the common referencebusiness module in vehicle sales channels.2. Based on original business processes, it establishes a plan-production-sales-after service process as the main line. The vehicles are unified managed by SON numbers, and bindingwith VIN code. They are used to track the vehicle line information, the vehicle storagerecord, the vehicle delivery record, the vehicle option, the vehicle maintenance historyand the vehicle maintenance history.3. Based on the analysis of the process optimization, we design and implement threebusiness process information systems by C#and Delphi development language, andOracle database. It adapts the public data table interface to interact with FAW Mazda’sinternal SAP system. And it uses of Gold Tax and of U8software component interfaces totransfer data, realize value-added tax invoice and voucher.4. Summarize the improvement and the development directions of the business process andinformation system of FAW Mazda Motor sales company.The implementation of the supply chain information system makes the supply chain morerapid, efficient operation. It will become the core competitiveness of the FAW Mazda MotorSales Co., Ltd. To solve the problem of enterprise supply chain management, it will greatlyenhance the enterprises in the production, customers, suppliers, logistics, warehouse,channels, financial control, and resources sharing. The enterprise obtains the scale benefits,and reduces the cost of internal exchange. In the same time, under the coordination of theenterprise supply chain, it can fully guarantee balance of the enterprise supply chainresources allocation. The production, the supplement, the selling, and the ability are dynamicbalanced and responded in real time. On the other hand, to realize manufacturing at enterpriselevel and production distribution among the sales company, suppliers and dealers. We can usethe design of enterprise internal price transfer to realize enterprise’s tax planning, and thedecrease of the enterprise tax burden.
