As the economy is developed faster and faster since the21stcentury, technologiesvaried from day to day. As auto industry is the master of many industries like integratedmanufacturing industry and logistic industry, logistics of its components (assembledcars) is the representative of present logistics industry. The soul is logistics lies withsystem. The whole process of logistics is actually the combination logistics operationmode and logistics software. With the arising of global procurement and globalmanufacturing mode, the cost of human resource decreased, whereas the cost oflogistics is increasing gradually. This means that logistics plays a more and moreimportant role in auto industry and it is thought to be the core factor for the guarantee ofproduction and cost control. Therefore, to carry out in-depth researches on auto logisticoperation mode, logistic software and how to combine them organically become themost important topic in research circles of auto logistics.Distribution model of auto components is the new operation mode of auto logisticswhich is widely used in foreign auto logistics industry. However, it is still in a beginningstage in China. Therefore, with the premise of carrying out in-depth researches onlogistics operation mode, it is urgent to organically integrate the WarehouseManagement System, professional supporting software and actual application together.Based on it, a set of norms should be established. The applied bar code in the wholeprocess, application of RF(Radio Frequency)appear for the first time in domestic autocomponents industry.In this paper, we based on the actual needs of production, the aforesaid issue ofintegration is further discussed. And information management system with thedistribution mode of auto components enterprises is designed and realized. Theapplicable scope of relevant operation mode and applied software is extended further.By combining the professional software with the warehouse management software, theexisting on-site works are optimized, so that the loading rate of containers is increasedand the safety of materials is improved. Consequently, huge economic profit can begained. A whole set of practical and applicable software combination and norms are offered to the Chinese auto component industry, which is of great significance for thepresent development of Chinese auto component industry and even the logisticsindustry.
