The Research And Design For Equipment Managemnet Information System Of Small And Medium Enterprise

In our age information is building in high speed, the small andmedium-sized enterprises meet a lot of problems, such as equipmentmanagement, because the traditional paper management could not adapt to newrequirements. In order to solve this important task of equipments managementdevelopment as a whole，the basic and important work is to realize theinformatization of equipments management．In this paper, under background of Shanghai Sachs Huizhong ShockAbsorb Company s equipment management information, with the advancedequipment management theory and information technology, the demand of thesystem is analyzed, the design scheme is put forward, and the system structureand functional modules are studied and analyzed. This system is systematicallystudied based on C/S and B/S mix-mode.In this paper, the database is designed in virtue of Microsoft SQL Server2000. The advanced development tool Delphin7.0workbench andobject-oriented programming technique are used in this system on C/S mode tovisit database. Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2003platform and ASP.NET aboutWeb programming technique are used in this system (most query function) onB/S mode to visit database.The system has the flowering Characteristics: simple operation, clearforeground, resource shared and stable working.Through this system，efficiency of the equipment management is promotedand the cost of equipment management is decreased.
