Abstract/Summary:
Free fall analyzer in measurement field application is very extensive, It can be used tostudy the motion of falling body and accurately measure the absolute acceleration of gravityof the earth. It is very important on the scientific research and the national defenseconstruction. At present, measurement results of different degree errors due to factors such asmechanical and design ideas.The main innovation and work as follows:First, This paper presents a new measuring method based on FPGA. In this paper, thedesign of free-fall analyzer can improve the existing test instrument, has the advantages oflight weight, small volume, convenient use and simple calculation.Second, Using Altera launched the Nios â…¡ embedded processor as the core processingunit. first,custom system requires Nios â…¡ kernel, The signal processing unit is divided into sixparts, control module based on the Nios â…¡ soft core processor system, data storage module,photoelectric encoder counter module, motor control module, clock management module,UART communication module based on RS-232. In this paper, the functions of each moduleand implementation method are introduced in detail. Compared with the existing suchteaching demonstration instrument in, Compared with the existing such teachingdemonstration instrument, the scheme can greatly reduce the volume, improve the systemaccuracy and flexibility.Third, In view of the lack of interface circuit of photoelectric encoder is insufficient, thedesign of high precision photoelectric encoder interface circuit, simulation and testing resultsshow that the photoelectric encoder measurement precision can be improved8times.Fourth, On the design of the system are tested, according to the experimental resultsexplains for random number, analyze the time and distance measurement and measuring range,and puts forward several ways to improve system performance, provides the reference forfuture system improvement.In this paper, the design scheme in the theory and the practice has a certain practicalityand innovation, the final test results meet the design purpose.
