With the development of INS,the amount of data has increased greatly which generated during the calibration and acceptance of IMU,it's putting forward higher requirements on the efficiency and stability of data transmission devices.However,the traditional devices suffer from frame dropping at high baud rates and large amounts of data.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a new stable and efficient data transmission device.This paper studies the high-speed multi-serial parallel data transmission device in Guidance Test,which is used to receive RS422 serial data output from 8-channel IMU.This paper analyzes the data received design of multi-channel serial ports.And based on this,researches the hardware and software design of the device,and proposed the multi-channel data receiving scheme based on Digital Multiplex.Designs the high-speed serial port receiving module,digital multiplexing module,USB data forwarding module based on FPGA,in particular,instructions the digital multiplexing modeling programs and detailed design based on FPGA.Data upload in the paper has used USB3.0 technology,the paper designed the firmware program on a USB interface control chip,and designs the support software which can execute Guidance Test process and data reception in the host computer.In addition,the paper models the error code model of the data transmission system,and propose the error detection scheme through the detailed analysis of the error model.Uses The m-sequence generator in FPGA to test the BER of the whole system.At the same time,aiming at the designed software and hardware system,sets up a test environment and tests the basic functions.Experiments show that the high-speed multi-serial parallel data transmission device designed in this paper can receive 280Bytes/10ms data at 921600bps,and upload and parse at the same time when the 8-channel IMU data is transmitted.Through the BER test,the system can achieve the error level of 10-10,reaching the target requirements of the Guidance Test.The high-speed multi-serial parallel data transmission device in Guidance Test,realizes high speed,high stability and high flexibility.Can be used in a variety of current Guidance Test systems.
