With the rapid development of market economy,a new order which take buyer market as the main body of markethas gradually formed,which presents a higher request to the seller's market.In order to carve out a space in a competitive market environment,we must maintain a good relation with customers and grasp the customer requirement.Nowadays,many large enterprises' enormous investment of labor,resource and money is committed to providing comprehensive diversified services for customer So customer service has become an important part of the corporate development strategy.As a big mobile operator,X company has been adhering to put the customer's needs and satisfaction in the first place in the company development strategy.In order to let the customer could enjoy more quality services,the company invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the customer service.However,with the diversification of businessand the transformation of the customer requirements,the existing customer service work system is no longer applicable.Therefore,the company introduces a set of good performance and powerful comprehensive customer service system in a new stage of market development plan.This paper consider the business requirement of the company,combined with the current situation of the company's customer service work,directing at the existing problems and shortcomings in the system,has developed a new comprehensive customer service system.This system perfected the company customer service system.More important,it improvesthe effect of the company's brand and provides a powerful guarantee for expanding market share.The contents researched in this thesis are as follows:First,the development of a comprehensive customer service system both at home and abroad is introduced.Combined with the selected topic background,the research significance of the paper is discussed.Meanwhile,according to the research content,wedesigned the corresponding research method and technical route.Second,based on the original company's customer service system,weanalyze the company's main customer service business and discuss the feasibility of the system implementation.Third,combining the company practicalsituation of customer service,the overall architecture and function of the systemare designed.According to the system design scheme,the implement process of several main functions include the comprehensive business handling,customer information management,customer evaluation management are introduced in detail.Finally,application tests for the designed system are provided here.The system's performance and function are tested and the results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed system.
