Nowadays the network manufacturing turns to make a fast development in theworld, technology information in the manufacturing sector is a strategic move toimplement the scientific concept of development, is also an effective way to the road ofthe new industrialization. And the traditional network of manufacturing can,t already meetthe needs of the large-scale complex manufacturing tasks in collaborative manufacturingmodel, nor can it ensure the more efficient collaboration and the benefits distribution ofthe core manufacturer and the manufacturer collaboration. Therefore from the cloud-basedcollaborative manufacture, we study the operation mechanism of the collaborativemanufacturing services mode, the screening model of collaborative manufacturer and thebenefits distribution of the collaborative manufacturers in the cloud environment, toprovide a theoretical reference for the construction of cloud-based collaborativemanufacturing mode and the screening model of collaborative manufacturer.Firstly, we construct the cloud-based collaborative manufacturing mode, analysisthe operational mechanism, architecture and the cloud-made request mode of cloudmanufacturing service platform, than discussed the benefits distribution of thecollaborative manufacturers, give a value allocation model based of the shapley theoryprovide theoretical reference for the benefits distribution of the collaborativemanufacturers. Secondly, study the screening questions of collaborative manufacturers inthe cloud environment, established a perfect screening index system, ues the informationentropy theory to build a simple optimization of the index system. Finally, take a companynamed BBZQ for example; make a quantitative analysis on the manufacturer’s screeningquestions in the cloud environment. Obtained the realistic and optimal collaborativemanufacturers, ensure the collaborative manufacturers based of cloud manufacture aresuccessfully selected, and provide a theoretical reference for the intelligent filteringcapabilities of collaborative manufacturing services platform in the cloud environment.
