With the rapid development of enterprise business, information technology alsowill be its rapid development, and because of the changing market demand, it alsobrings business needs change, users will propose a new application system functionalrequirements, enterprise information construction sector to address the user needs, butalso bring a range of new system issues: If the system is running slow, the system isrunning error, irrational configuration parameters, so that information systems can notguarantee the reliability of the information, stability, security, completeness andaccuracy. Therefore, the establishment of a stable, secure and reliable businessinformation system is criticalBased on an insurance company’s current management status and the Group’s ITstrategic planning, in order to more effectively support the application systems tosupport its business operations and IT infrastructure, improve the operation andmaintenance and service level management, to meet the compliance requirements oflisted companies, through comprehensive research and feasibility analysis, decided toestablish a ITIL-based IT service management platform.In this paper, IT service management platform for the business needs asystematic analysis, including change management, release management, servicerequest management, incident management, problem management, requirementmanagement, compliance management, task management, knowledge basemanagement and report management. Finally, to complete its core modules detaileddesign and incident management functions interface implementation.
