This is minimumindemnificatory of cropland for the daily subsistence. Fujian, Beijing and some otherprovinces have set up individual system for farmland development considering theirparticular situation respectively. So far Tianjin Land resources and the HousingAuthority has yet to set up such system for farmland data pool management. It stremendous difficult for cropland balance control. It would cause incorrect directionwithout information management and system auto-check support.The data pool structure of Tianjin Land resources and the Housing Authority hasbeen set up already basically. We have been improving informationize program.“Tianjin cropland pre-audit system”,“Tianjin cropland requisition system”,“Tianjincropland trading system” and “Tianjin cropland modifying and utilizing system” etchave been launched up to now, propose to launch “Tianjin cropland inspectionsystem” and “Tianjin cropland development and reclamation system” soon. We havebeen improving system informationize platform to cover cropland utilization. It’sgood for cropland expropriation, reclamation, supply, trading and supervision.Tianjin has been initiating one system project to synchronize data pool accordingly.Land of the syndrome and supply has been launched in the same system which will beconvenience for one system project.Below system consists of2subsystems: graphics system and business system.Graphics subsystem is mainly used for revision and analysis on graphics system data.Business subsystem is used by end-user for system data input, import, etc. Tianjincropland development and reclamation system is set up base on developmentcircumstance, which includes business support, decision support and infrastructureservice. The system uses a SOA framework, end-customer is beneficiary for thisapplication program or other service program. Service provider is the entity for service creation. Service register centre is centralized to exhibit different servicefunction. Network communication is serviced internally between Tianjin Landresources and the Housing Authority and12District cropland and Housing Authorityand6functional areas regionally, which is to ensure network system secure operation.
