With the deepening of resource-saving society, focusing as much as possible to reduce the consumption of resources, use of various energy efficiently. One of the most important reasons for energy waste is the irrational use of energy and irrational management and distribution. As the energy-saving monitoring platform appearing successively in the colleges and universities, and have achieved remarkable success, the popularity of energy-saving monitoring platform is imperative. As the core of the hardware architecture of monitoring platform,This paper design a kind of intelligent data acquisition for an accurate security acquisition of meter data.The paper is divided into two major parts, the hardware and software, for describing the design of intelligent data acquisition in detail. The hardware part described the chip selection and schematic design in several modules:CPU module, communication module, the external memory module and the system basic module, also gives a brief introduction of the anti-interference of the PCB. The software describes the transplant of the real-time operating system μC/OS, the protocol implementation of each functional module and the MD5checksum of the data and AES encryption processing part, and gave details of the streamlined implementation of the TCP/IP protocol stack. In addition, gives the simple introduction of the design of the supporting handheld for the acquisition.Through the validation of field operation, the design has completed the data collection, cache, data conversion, protocol conversion, the checksum and encryption functions of the digitalmeter. The system is running stable, the data is secure and reliable, and also has good scalability.
