Along with the continuous construction and development of the university laboratory,traditional laboratory management model can not meet the people’s demand for themanagement of laboratory, this article strive to design a set of function reasonable, interfacepleasant integrated management system for university laboratories, so as to improve thebackward management situation of the laboratory. This research can be divided into thefollowing points:(1) Understand and analyze the development and current status of the integratedlaboratory management system, summarize its advantages and disadvantages, to provide areference for the follow-up research work.(2) The research of university laboratory management status shows us the need for thissystem design, and the study of the technical and environmental conditions demonstrates thefeasibility of this system design.(3) With the research of user’s Meaning, classification, behavior and needs, i propose thepremise, the foundation and basis for design of university laboratory integrated managementsystem, and the system’s design goals to provide direction for the follow-up function andinterface design of the system.(4) On the basis of the first three chapters of the study, i use the method of functionaldecomposition to study the system, propose the system’s functional framework, andimplement functional design base on that.(5) Combined with the system functional requirements and on the basis of theoreticalstudy of the software interface design, we propose the system interface design and implementthis interface design.The system breaks through the limitation of this kind of management system, demandand analysis the categories, behavior, need of a specific user,so that the designed system hasgood interactivity, usability, art,and will effectively reduce the laboratory accident rate andimprove work efficiency.
