Since entering the 21st century, to enhance independent innovation capability has become a strategic basis for the development of science and technology, and to cultivate innovative talents become crucial. As the base for cultivating innovation, creativity, innovation ability of college students, the laboratory plays an increasingly important role.Through studying on laboratory management business of Jiujiang University,this paper analyzed the status of the laboratory management, discussed the current problems in laboratory management, researched the relevant technical of various types of laboratory management system and the college actual situation. In order to reform the traditional management mode of laboratory, guide students to learn, inspire innovation sense of students and improve the utilization of laboratory equipment, integrated inversion of control, dependency injection, aspect-oriented programming, RBAC and other advanced design, built user-oriented laboratory management system based on Castle framework.Use of new technologies, which reduced the coupling between the code in the development process,enhanced the program's flexibility and reuse of component, strengthened system security and flexible settings of permission,improved the scalability and interoperability problem of system. So that the system better services the management of laboratory, implements the opening round in laboratory management, laboratory equipment, laboratory time and space, experimental content. Students can take full advantage of laboratory equipment resources to practice, stimulate students initiative,mobilize students to actively participate in practical activities, improve the ability to analyze and solve problems in the creative process and the experiments, develop innovation and creativity. The use of new systems that enhanced the laboratory's management level and efficiency.Finally, this article summarizes the research work and points out future research directions.
