Inrecent years,the rapid development of information technology and IT technology,to achieve the associated physical objects of the IOT and IT resources according to technological innovation needs of cloud computing makes health information change rapidly,health information platform,business systems,digital medical instruments and equipment.The rapid spread in the medical machine,and has a medical a large amount of information resources,it is the precious medical information resources so that we entered the era of large medical data,and how to make better use of the mass information resources for medical and health industry management,diagnosis and treatment,scientific research and teaching services,has been paid more and more attention.There are medical big data itself is not only because of the large amount of data accumulated over the years,even in the hospital after years of development and construction,the accumulation of different sizes of information system,the data structure of these subsystems is complex,diverse patterns,many non structured data integration,obviously the problems resulting from it.In this paper,through the establishment of Shandong Province,Qianfo Hill hospital EMR integration platform,combined with cloud computing and storage technology based on Spark/Hadoop/Hbase,and used industry-leading Docker packaging technology,The establishment of this integrated platform,medical information subsystem data will be extracted,collected structured,mapped to compatible with international and domestic medical data standard standard global model through the ETL,complete the whole hospital information system,structured data cleaning and normalization,data mining,index construction,machine learning,integration of resources to achieve the electronic medical records of the hospital.Practice has proved that through the construction of EMR integration platform,mining analysis,depth of large amounts of data accumulated in the hospital,set up scientific research special issue of retrospective and prospective analysis of scientific research;correlation for signs,diagnosis,medication,treatment methods,clinical pathway analysis,the doctor's guide the formation of knowledge base,and more scientific.Through analysis and optimization by means of big data,artificial intelligence,the doctors and nurses more attention to the disease itself,health behavior of patients trust doctors and nurses,with better treatment,optimize the whole process of diagnosis and treatment for clinical;a large number of unstructured data into structured,the depth of mining meaningful value open;inside and outside the hospital patient data,establish a more comprehensive communication platform and channel through the follow-up of patients,more patients in the data collection,better compliance management of patients with the push of patients education,intervention,treatment is more scientific and effective information intelligence,improve the efficiency of doctors and serve more patients,improve patient satisfaction,consolidate and improve the status of hospital...
