Displacement measurement is applied widely in industry and military,such as the measurement of the size or the geometric tolerance of solid-rotation and case accessory,therefore it takes an important part in the area of measurement research. With the development of the displacement test technology and the requirement of measure environment and the object to be tested.the non-contact measurement gradually emerges its unique advantage and developing potential.Therein,the photoelectric displacement measure system adopts the laser light triangle theory as the basic measure theory,selects and uses the linear array CCD as the detecting device,its characteristic such as high test precision and strong anti-jamming capability satisfies the requirement of industry measure and test.This text supposes the total structure design of photoelectric displacement test system base on linear array CCD,which improves the traditional system.Optimization design in system structure and circuit,decreases the size of the displacement test system,satisfies the test demand in different conditions,enhances the flexibility of the device;the text designs the drive and signal operating circuit of the linear array CCD,elaborates a kind of laser power control circuit,consequently the laser source reaches the best test condition in the measurement range;the end it analyzes the experiment result of the system and the factors which will influence its measure precision.
