The traditional application in the triangulation field,the nonlinear relation between the output and input will bring a theorem error.The system distinguinition and the scale of the measurement are restrict to each other ,espicially The CCD technology degree can hardly realise the high precision measurement. The passage is based on the triangulation theorem using three section CCD combination in one plane. By the design of a new large scale measuring system,realising the large scale and high presision.Sloving many factor which has effection on it.First,It detail elaborate the section measuring theorem and the design of the measuring system,calculating the measuring precision and simulate the relation between the measuring scale and the measuring precision. Though control the ralation of the lens and the position of the CCD ,receiving the different range of signals.Then,The system contains five part: laser collimation filter system detector dada collect card and laser intensity control system.Throngh adding the converging lens and and collimation it can make the image more distinct.It give a detail introduction on CCD colecting data filter and laser piont caculating,the system software program is also wrote.At the end,it analyze the factor which have an effect on the system precision and improve them.They mainly are laser source stability object lens form measured surface characteristic. The simulating experiment testify the precision has improve a bit.
