The paper analyzes the laser triangle measuring principle in micro displacementmeasurement the application characteristic, finished with a linear CCD as photoelectricreceiving device of laser micro displacement sensor design. Design includes private sidingsCCD drive and acquisition circuit, the linear CCD imaging flare segmentation method, putsforward a linear interpolation method of the square of the weighted, etc. Through thesimulation and experiment show that the segmentation algorithm than traditional algorithmhas higher accuracy and stability, which can effectively improve the measurement systemcomprehensive performance..The main contents as follows:1、 Measuring optical system design. Comparative analysis of the two kinds oftriangulation incident light way, choose the light way which be measured surface finishrequirement that not high point-blank type, analytical measurement derived. Measuringsystem using semiconductor laser diode (LD) as measuring the light source, design the specialLD voltage circuit, the selection of high-speed linear CCD as photoelectric receiving devices2、Complete the linear CCD drive circuit design. The paper do research on CCD andworking principle of the characteristic parameters, analyzes the TCP1208AP driver timingrequirements, completed the timing signal simulation in Quartus II7.2software environment,choose Altera company FPGA chip (EP1C6Q240I8) completed driver timing and circuitdesign, joined the EL7202in-phase amplifier to FPGA output driver signal processing,Effectively restrain the interference of common mode,enhance the driving ability.3、Design the signal processing circuit and A/D acquisition circuit for the linear CCD.According to the features of output signal existence CCD pulse crosstalk, low effective signalamplitude characteristics, design the inverse amplifying circuit and low pass filter circuit;Effectively use the EP1C6Q240I8internal FIFO module as data acquisition cache to simplifythe circuit design, and improve the acquisition speed.4、Further research based on linear interpolation square weighted quality methodalgorithm, improve the linear CCD flare subdivision positioning accuracy. Through theanalysis on the linear CCD imaging laser flare characteristics of common gray quality analysis method, combining qualitative method to improve the development of the twoalgorithm based on linear interpolation square weighted mass method. Through the Matlabsimulation analysis theory, and has been in the laboratory test conditions, the experimentalresults show that the algorithm is better than other several subdivision algorithm is moreaccurate measurement, the results are more stable..
