At present, the metrical technology is being developped to high precision, high efficiency and automatization. The non-invasive displacement measure is one of the important areas in metrical technology. This dissertation introduces some kinds of non-invasive metrical measure method, the current status and trend of Position Sensitive Detector (PSD). Because of the limitation of optical triangulation method, the displacement measure system of Low-E membrane reactor based on optical differential method is presented. Besides these, the principle of this system and the PSD signal processing circuit are throughly studied. Through trials, the metrical precision of this system is tested and the metrical error of this system is analyzed.The mian contents of this dissertation are as following:l. The optical triangulation principle is analyzed. The distance measuring principle based on PSD is studied throughly. According to the limitation of optical triangulation method, the optical differential method is designed.2. Based on the optical triangulation, the optical differential method is developed. The modeling is established, and it is tested by experiments.3. The hardwere of this system is designed. And the composing of this system is introduced. Two kinds of PSD singal processing circuit are made. Besides direct current circuit, the circuit based on sample-hold method is adopted to diminish the influence of dark current and back light. The hardware method is replaced by software in the implementation of addition, subtraction and division of PSD signals to order to enhance the stability of system.4. Based on the ADuC832 platform, the software is designed. It samples and processes the signal, compute the values, finally, displays the result through LCD.5. A series of experiment are conducted, including experiments of calibration, stability, precision, repeatability, and the high-temperature testing. According to the trials and the experimental condition, the reasons of metrical error are discussed.6. Finally, the main results and conclusions of this dissertation are summarized. The prospects and emphases of the future research is discussed and forecasted.
