Our country is a large agricultural nation which have more people and less land, improving crop yield per unit area is the urgent requirement of agricultural development at present, and greenhouse is one of the important part of realization of greenhouse high-yield, fine-quality agriculture. Greenhouse which is a kind of chang the plant growth environment, according to the the best growth conditions, to meet the plants need, and not affected by climate and soil conditions of the environmental impact throughout the year, and on the anniversary of the production in the limited land.Many environment factors is requried in the process of crops, the right temperature, humidity, light intensity and CO2concentration is the key of crops to realize the high yield, high quality. But implementing multi-parameter measurement needs a large number of cable buried in the soil, causing the farming a lot of inconvenience; the environment of high temperature and humidity in the greenhouse challenged to the reliability of control system, single-chip microcomputer systems difficulties meeting requirements.This subject design the intelligent monitoring system based on the greenhouse using ZigBee wireless communication technology, avoiding the wiring cumbersome and farming problem;By using the special controller programmable logic controller (PLC), improve the reliability of system.The intelligent monitoring system of greenhouse based on ZigBee designs the data-acquisition of environmental parameters of temperature, humidity, CO2concentration and light intensity in the greenhouse, the star network topology of ZigBee technology is adopted to wireless transmission; The PLC is adopted as the main control system, after the master node transmission of data through certain communication format transmission give the PLC, the PLC control system starting the raising and cooling temperature, humidifying dehumidification, sunshade fill light control equipment, etc according to the set of corresponding threshold value of actuators control, so as to make the greenhouse environment with the rule of crop growth. In order to achieve the distributed control of greenhouse, established distributed control system based on RS-485bus distributed control system; Realizing the control of the whole PLC network control system through INSPEC upper monitor interface; With the Web publish functions of INSPEC configuration software, implementating of Web-based remote monitor interface, which can access the Web Server screen of the publishing project via IE browser realize remote monitoring, also obtaining greenhouse environment parameters of information without in the field.This topic discussed the software and hardware design of the intelligent monitoring system of the greenhouse based on ZigBee, realizing the real-time data acquisition,wireless transmission and reliability control of environmental parameters, The entire system has been verified achieving the expected design goal, have good practical significance.
