Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On Loose Management Of Dynamic Business For High-tech Park

The Office Automation System is a new method which combines the modern computernetwork with daily work, informationizing and automatizing the business process whichoriginally relies on print media. The purpose of the Office Automation System is to make full useof the information resources as much as possible，to lower operating costs, and to improve thework efficiency and quality．Therefore, the establishment of an efficient Office AutomationSystem has become the inevitable demand for the units. Its development has a very importantinfluence on the whole country’s economic and social development, particularly the developmentof the information industry.This paper introduces the content and development of Office Automation System (OA is theabbreviation for Office Automation) in detail, analyzing and designing the Office AutomationSystem for the technological innovation park in Model Road in Nanjing on the basis of theanalysis of user needs. This system is an Office Automation System which is based on theanalysis and design of object-oriented idea, using today’s popular J2EE architecture, according tothe idea of MVC design, through cross-platform Java technology and the JSP technology todevelop Web applications. This paper divides the whole system into the application layer, logiclayer, database layer and gives the concrete realization, providing a more perfect and conciseWeb architecture, reducing the coupling between layers, improving component reusability,enhancing the scalability and maintainability, which is of theoretical value and practicalsignificance. In the front, we use advanced Ajax and JQuery technologies to improve userexperience. In use, users can visit this system through the browser and finish the work with asimple click and text input, and the client software is not needed. Because it is easy to use, thetraining cost is relatively low. In addition, it is centralized, convenient, and easy to upgrade andmodify for the developers and the maintenance personnel because management of the program isonly in the server.This paper specifically addresses the detailed design and database design of work logs,tasks, document flow, document management, staff appraisal, archives management, park and enterprise interaction, system maintenance in the needs analysis process, explaining the solutionof the key technology in system implementation. This system finally completes the functionproposed in needs. After testing and trial run, the system achieves the desired effect of savingresources, and improving work efficiency and quality.
