In this paper, with the background of future missile, the trend of TT&C (Telemetry andTelecommand System) has been analyzed, and the requirement of data bus technique inTT&C has been referred. In the traditional missile TT&C, signals are transmitted throughpoint-to-point link cable network, which has brought many disadvantages with more andmore extensive application requirements of TT&C. Data bus transmission concept canefficiently conquer these disadvantages, raise reliability and as a result improve performanceof whole weapon system. Based on the features of application environment and TT&C onwinged missile, we analysed some typical data bus using in moving platform and choose databus of1553B protocol as the network constructing instrument.Based on actual TT&C, new system using data bus has been detailed discussed,interrelated software and hardware design has also been studied. first, we designed bustopology structure, researched the realization of each terminal function, formulated systemperformance parameters which satisfies the new-style TT&C and improvement method ofequipments, analyzed effect of bus structure using in TT&C, established system’sstructure.Then posed a way of bus interface software and hardware design which connectsdata bus and subsystem, and tested actual circuit which consists of bus interface andcomputer.Aimed at the disadvantage of real time performance compared with point-to-point linkcable network, we discussed data bus communication transmission control construction andformulated appropriate construction which is suitable for TT&C according to features ofTT&C data stream. On this basic,we also built mathematic models in order to emulate systemand reckoned load and real time performance, estimated extensibility and transmissionefficiency of the system. Above all, we proved that the total performance of TT&C can beenhanced using data bus technique.The system based on data bus applied distributed data collection concept, realized therequirement of digital, modularization, integration. The scheme has not only goodextensibility but also satisfying the requirement of real time and can be provided as referenceof engineering application.
