Design Of The Gyroscope Test Equipment

The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate and design the testing facility for lasergyroscope package, problems met in the facility design and debugging process are deeplyanalyzed, and appropriate solutions are presented.Laser gyroscope package mentioned in this paper is mainly used to measure the angularrate and linear acceleration of the carrier attitude in three motion directions, as well as outputthe status signal, temperature conditioning signal and conditioning machine shaking angularposition signal. In order to get every measured values, the research and development of thetesting system for the laser gyroscope package becomes particularly important, for which itprovides the testing of the facility with automatic testing technology controlled by computer,makes the testing process simple, convenient and easy to implement, eliminates the influenceof artificial errors resulting from manual operation, increases the accuracy and reliability,shortens the time of the entire testing process. The application interface is developed byVisual C++6.0in Windows XP.For the purpose of good stability and high accuracy, professional data acquisition moduleis used in the testing facility of laser gyroscope package, which mainly contains the gyrosignal and conditioning signal acquisition module、analog data acquisition module and thedigital acquisition module. Correlated with the characteristic of this system, pre-processingmodule is added according to the three acquisition module, in this way, the accuracy of thetesting equipment is further increased.Finally, the testing equipment of the laser gyroscope package designed is linked with thelaser gyroscope package, the system is calibrated, and testing data is presented. These datashow that, the device operates normally and the testing accuracy in each function meets therequirement.
