MEMS digital gyroscope testing system is used to test the performance of digital gyroscope signal.It is used in the development and manufacture of MEMS digital gyroscope.It is an applied system used to test the precision of gyroscopes.On the one hand,it can test the accuracy of gyroscopes and evaluate the performance of gyroscopes.On the other hand,it can promote the development of MEMS digital gyroscope technology and gyroscope system technology.This paper analyzes and studies the development of gyroscope testing technology at home and abroad,understands the advanced testing methods at home and abroad,integrates modern gyroscope digitization technology with MEMS technology,communication technology,test technology and embedded technology,etc.According to the requirement of high precision in application of MEMS digital gyroscope,a MEMS digital gyroscope testing system based on STM32F4 is designed.Firstly,this paper introduces the development of gyroscope testing technology at home and abroad.Under this research condition,the mathematics and error model of MEMS digital gyroscope are analyzed and designed,and the algorithms of several main performance indexes of gyroscope are deduced and given.The feasibility of the model is verified by MATLAB simulation gyroscope data and its performance index,and the overall design scheme of MEMS digital gyroscope testing system is given through theoretical research and analysis.For the design of hardware system,the hardware structure of MEMS digital gyroscope testing system is first given in this paper.Then,with the idea of modularization,the control and processing module and data reading module of MEMS digital gyroscope are designed with STM32F4 as the core controller.The data display module,the data storage module and the upper and lower computer communication module are the hardware circuit system of each component.According to the functional requirements of each unit module,the corresponding circuit is designed,and the principle and process of the realization of each module circuit are described in detail.For the design of software system,the basic principle and flow chart of the main program of MEMS digital gyroscope test system are designed and given,and the data reading unit,display unit and storage unit of the system are designed with the modular design idea.The upper computer and the system detection unit are planned and described in detail,and the workflow of each module is designed according to the functional requirements of each module and the basic principle of its implementation.Finally,the whole software design process is integrated to optimize each module program,which improves the running efficiency of the program and the performance of the system.In the final test and verification link,first build the hardware circuit,through the data display experiment to complete the system hardware detection;then according to the TCP/IP data transmission experiment to complete the system software detection;finally,the synthesis hardware structure and the software program,The test system of software and hardware working together is designed.The gyroscope data collected by the system and the gyroscope performance index obtained by calculation are stored and analyzed.And compared with the simulation data to verify the correctness and accuracy of the system.The experimental results show that the MEMS digital gyroscope testing system designed in this paper can be used to evaluate and test the performance of digital gyroscope.It also shows the feasibility and rationality of the design of the system.
