The popularity of the twitter made "micro-blogging"was quickly known, a group of micro-blogging basing for sina micro-blogging appeared, which opened the age of Chin a micro-blogging. Many companies concerned on potential and great opportunities of micro-blog marketing,according to the rapid growth of micro-blogging users.However, as result of the newer,micro-blog marketing has some risks and disadvantages. So, the c ompanies should understanded the risks and effectively prevented, in order to improve t he effectiveness and competitiveness of the enterprise micro-blog marketing.Domestic micro-blog marketing is still in its infancy, and focus on the advantages and stretegies. The thesis based on reverse thinking, designed by in-depth study of micro-blog marketing and summarized relevant theories, focusing on the risks and their causes, so that try to propose approptiate preventive measures. For the research methods, it mainly experienced and observed the blogging, and provided data and typical cases. In order to perspective the newer by theoretical explanation and cases, and then strategic analyzed the future development of the microblogging marketing to find out the nature:establish the relationship, build links with customers, and inform service platform.As a new way of marketing, micro-blog marketing potentially developed. For enterprises, they can explore the depth instead of the surface. Although the risks of the marketing appearred, they will perfect and improve it as soon as quikly. Meantime, they need to continuously explore the development methods of the microblogging marketing and naturally rebuild the healthy platform.
