Customer satisfaction is an indicator that could measure and identifythe satisfaction of products or service efficiently. By knowing customerexpectation and cognition on the product or service, we can measurecorrelated variables that influence customer satisfaction. By weightedcalculation, we can confirm the priority order of each ingredient oncustomer satisfaction, which provides important basis to productiondesign. However, to collect full information that influences customersatisfaction, we have to do a comprehensive investigation.Through categorizing the performance indicators on customerdemand, KANO model differentiates various demands, which helps toknow about customer demands of different levels, identify and confirmthe key factors that improve customer satisfaction, finally put them intopractice to achieve the expected goals.Starting from the development&design of mobile applied software, aiming at the gaps of mobile applied software application, this paperpresents the procedure model on mobile applied software development&design that based on KANO model, making full use of KANO model, categorizing customer demand attributes, establishing and designing themodel on user roles, to make sure the final products enjoy a highcustomer satisfaction. Finally, taking example of the design process of “carpooling”service system, taking several factors of carpooling user intoconsideration, such as their targets, recognition, behavior pattern, emotion etc, categorizing the demand information with KANO, we can establishthe role model of carpooling service system, which displays the demandon carpooling application directly. Through design-evaluation-redesign,finally the prototyping model of carpooling service system is established.
