| In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of the growth rate of car ownership, accompanied by the frequent occurrence of major health and public emergencies, urban road congestion has been increasing. As an important measure to alleviate traffic congestion and save road resources,ride-sharing has become one of the travel options chosen by many office workers or students.Based on the research on ridesharing mode at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and explores the the fixed group of company employees. The specific research work is as follows:(1)From the perspective of the respondents’ intention to ride together, design an online questionnaire to investigate their acceptance of the ride sharing mode. The selection of latent variables was carried out with reference to planning behavior theory and customer satisfaction index model, and statistical analysis and reliability validity tests were carried out in turn to ensure the credibility of the questionnaire and the compatibility of the questions.By establishing a structural equation model to analyze the relationship between various variables, and verifying the relationship hypothesis in the model, the mediating effect in the significant path was explored, and the main factors and negative influences affecting travelers’ choice of commuter sharing mode were analyzed.(2)In order to further improve the commuter and ride-sharing mode of unit employees, the hybrid genetic algorithm and the gray wolf algorithm optimize the ride-sharing path, and on the basis of retaining the advantages of few parameters and fast convergence speed of the gray wolf algorithm, the mutation operation of the elite individuals in the fusion genetic algorithm effectively prevents the gray wolf algorithm from falling into local optimization in the later stage.By comparing different algorithms, the optimal optimized ride-sharing route is obtained, and the cost of drivers and passengers before and after ridesharing is comparatively analyzed.(3)In order to solve the problem that the sharing information between employees within the company cannot be received and sent efficiently in real time, the traditional and popular Spring MVC+Spring+My Batis architecture technology is used to realize a unit employee commuter sharing management system integrating front desk display and background management, and analyze and design the functions of each module of the system to improve the basic user information management, passenger reservation, driver order taking and message and other functions. Finally, testing ensures that the functionality of each module meets the company’s needs.(4)To explore the value of the internal development unit employee ride management platform of the company, the Stackelberg game theory is used to construct a decentralized decision-making game model for both the company and the driver in the presence or absence of an internal ride management platform. The interaction between incentive structures is formulated, and decisions are made with the goal of maximizing self-interest.The effectiveness of the model is verified through numerical analysis. The employee commuter sharing model proposed in this paper expands the theoretical research on the carpool problem, and at the same time,it can also provide reference and suggestions for traffic managers in practical application, and promote the wide dissemination of the concept of urban shared transportation. |
