FMCW RADAR is a small-sized, high precision target imaging system with practical value in both commercial and military field. In the laser radar system, echo signal processing technology is critical.Radar system adopts the LFM(linear frequency modulation) because of its nonlinear phase spectral and pulse compression signal processing method which can improve the distance distinguishing ability of the system. Deducing the procedure of the signal processing and distance information extraction.The paper utilize the Labview program development environment to develop the Radar echo signal simulation program. And with this program do the following analog simulation:1The simulation analysis FM cycle is1us.Target scattering characteristic is1. Frequency modulation bandwidth are300MHz and600MHz, and compare with these two signal and analysis the characteristics and amplitude-frequency curve.2The simulation analysis FM cycle is1us. Target scattering characteristic is1. Frequency modulation bandwidth is600MHz signal which is to the single point target and more target echo signal and signal after pulse pressure, to get a25cm theoretical range resolution.
