The All-solid-state sum-frequency blue laser for the advantages of short wavelength, high photon energy, far transmission distance under the water and eye-sensitive which has gradually become a research emphasis. The more and more high requirements of the stability of blue laser in many application fields, such as military underwater communication radars and large laser screen display, make the research of the noise of all-solid-state sum-frequency blue laser have far-reaching significance.The noise proprieties of CW intracavity sum-frequency447nm all-solid-state blue laser were studied in theory and experiments in this paper. The main output intensity noise sources of all-solid-state sum-frequency blue laser was the competition of longitudinal mode and sum-frequency effect in theoretically through the study of mode competition in laser resonator. Multi-longitudinal-mode sum-frequency parameter sfm was introduced in analysis of noise. The relation between laser noise, the angle of laser crystal fast axes and phase delay through sfm. The noise law of mix-frequency blue laser is analyzed on the basis of sfm. The change of the crystal fast axes direction reduced the noise, which was proved in the experiment.447nm sum-frequency blue laser output power was47.7mW when the pumping power was840W. The noise was less than1.3%by this way. The way was proved feasible.
