Because of the laser displacement measurement monitoring technology has variety of characteristics such as high precision, high speed, inspection technology, which science has important scientific value in photoelectric detection technology. At present, photoelectric detection technology of domestic and abroad is moving to miniaturization, intellectuallza-tion, higher computation speed, higher precision, that is a new challenge for hardware of measuring platform.With the development of electronic technology, embedded system into the line of sight. These devices are not as common PC which has large body and in computational terms as good as common PC. At the same time, the embedded system also has excellent human-computer interaction function, as a result the embedded system becomes a new trend of electronic technology.This article is based on this background to research the laser displacement measurement monitoring technology based on the embedded system. In this paper, we will use the S3C2440as the core of hardware platform,on the basis of processor add other required hardware and peripheral equipment, at the same time, using the Linux operation system to manage the whole system. The PSD which extensive use in the laser displacement measurement monitoring technology has the non-linearity which hinder improving the accuracy of the whole detection system. In this paper both use the hardware and software method to correct the non-linearity of PSD. According to the obtained measurement results, enhanced the accuracy of laser displacement measurement monitoring technology.This thesis mainly about the analysis of laser displacement measurement monitoring technology from the hardware design,transplantation,software system development and other aspects.
