Design And Implementation Of The OA System Based On Database Application Development Technology

The Graduation Thesis completed the OA System of Tianchang branch of China Telecom Co, Ltd. The design, which starts from the needs of practical work, is aimed at the information sharing in the daily work, file transfer, daily transaction management, and usual software storage. There are two design methods, DELPHI and ASP are selected to achieve the same application function, and they provide a reference for the entry-level programmers and other departments and units.The development technology based on database applications is explored in this thesis, and a simple OA system which is aimed at the daily work of the integrated equipment maintenance center is designed. The system includes various types of data management subsystem, storage spare parts management subsystem, vehicle scheduling subsystem, contact list subsystem. The system can accomplish browsing, querying, adding, deleting, modifying, statistics, printing, reporting and other functions on many different kinds of information, and it has complete functions of adding and deleting uses, as well as the password change function. An excellent tool for database development, Delphi7, is selected in C/S mode, while the Microsoft Frontpage combined with interactive and dynamic web technologies ASP is selected in B/S mode, and then departmental office systems with similar functions is developed. Both systems adopt Microsoft Access database, which plays a prominent role in the practical work.
