This thesis chiefly researches the application of an 1C RF card technique based in induct-mode in the Access Control System. Access Control System, which belongs to Building Automation System (BAS) , can not only controls entranceways of building, but also combines with the Fire Fighting and Alarming System and Closed-Circuit Television System. Moreover, the DAC2000 Access Control System recommended by this paper has preferable expansibility, so it can carry out many other functions, such as Roll Management System, Stopping Place Management System and Patrol System so on.The whole thesis includes six chapters. The main contents are summarized as follows:In chapter 1, it concisely introduces the common functions and structure of the Access Control System, as well as the principles and basis when designing actual system. Besides, it emphatically states the project and specialties. fChapter 2 firstly bewrites rudimental knowledge about intelligent 1C card and the uptrend -- Non-touching Application. Afterwards, it stresses on the Motorola Non-touching mode techniques used by this system and depicts the receiving station and Wiegand 26 bits transport format.Chapter 3 , the emphatic contents of the thesis, aims at the core of WG2000 system --ID2001 controller and expounds the part of the software and hardware, At the last, it passingly lists the communication special protocols.How to design the software part of the host computer is displayed in chapter 4 and 5 : one is communication interface DLL , the other is database. Communication interface part is carried out by two steps.In the last chapter of the paper, it showes a whole appraisement of this system from application sites and design characteristics, at the same time, it also points the deficiency of the system with an eye to development. Simultaneously, the paper attaches some related instances convient for reference.
