Along with consciousness enhancement of environmental protection and resources conservation, it has become a consensus to develop circular economy and bring out the sustainable development. In this background, many countries and enterprise begin paying more attention to the recycling of waste products, therewith the important role of reverse logistics applied to the recovery of waste electronic products also stand out. It said that some American-European countries have issued a series of scrap recycling bill to restrict the enterprise to perform producer’s extensions responsibility. Considering of their own brand image, market competitiveness, economic benefit, environment regulations and so on, some enterprise also began to build a waste product reverse logistics network, what’s more, they got a remarkable effect.By collecting and analyzing a large amount of information, data as well as literature, we can find that the theory study of reverse logistics in china is unfilled, especially on the side of closed loop supply chain, it seems more lacked. It focuses on the electronics industry tries to construct a waste electronic products reverse logistics system bases on the theory of closed loop supply chain and reverse logistics. Through such a system, to ensure that the waste electronic products backflow to the retailers, manufacturers or the raw materials manufacturers through the smooth reverse logistics network for sale, reusing or remanufacturing.Firstly, this paper gives an introduction on reverse logistics and closed loop supply chain, then makes an deeply study on the present recovery methods and situation of waste electronic product and puts forward the problems. Secondly find out a reasonable improvement scheme to the problems, try to construct a waste electronic products reverse logistics system which treat the reverse logistics network as main body and the reverse logistics information system auxiliary by reforming and standardizing the existing recovery network. And make an deep cost-benefit analysis on the network by using the mathematical model according to the reverse logistics network we construct. Lastly apply the construction to specific examples. Taking GanZhou for example, the paper plans to build a regional waste electrical appliances recycle reverse logistics network.Owing to the limitation of words, this paper just analyses and studies the construction of regional waste electronic products reverse logistics system from macroscopic angle. As for the implementation in different area, it still needs more detail analyses in future.
