Reverse logistics information system is to regain value and achieve product recyclinginformation support platform. Throughout including product recycling, dismantling andsorting, quality monitoring and evaluation, maintenance and reuse of such links. Reverselogistics information system achieves reverse logistics process management, bibliographicdata, statistical analysis and evaluation etc. Reverse logistics information system researchand development is of great significance to reduce resource consumption and improvingeconomic efficiency of enterprises. At present, our country still have not a mature reverselogistics information platform which covers multi-life cycle and the whole process ofconstruction machinery products. To solve this problem, this paper analyzes andimplements a reverse logistics management information system using in the constructionmachinery product.Firstly,Aimed at the necessary of the engineering machinery products informationmanagement and assessment evaluation,this paper shows the requirements analysis for thereverse recycling process of mechanical products,while declares system design objectivesand requirements.Secondly,based on the reverse logistics data of mechanical products and proceduremanagement model,the overall desing of the reverse logistics information system isproposed, and the system functions are presented, including product recyclemanagement,product disassembly and assessment management, remanufacturemanagement, information inquiry management, inventory management,essential datamanagement,system management.Thirdly,for each function module, the detailed design for the reverse logisticsinformation system is presented. The basic database and the business database are devised,the basic database includes system manament database, standard and specificationdatabase,business database includes manufacture database, product recycle database,product disassembly database and remanufacture database.At last,based on the B/S development mode of, employing the Visual C#development tool and Microsoft SQL Server, we complete the overall process reverselogistics management of engineering machinery products, data statistic analysis and so on.
