Along with living standards’ development, the environmental pressure broughtby human life is increasing. In order to solve the problem of sustainable humandevelopment, the concept of circular economy comes into being. As the core of thecircular economy, Closed-loop logistics is consisting of forward and reverse logistics.The practicing of reverse logistics is the key to Closed-loop logistics. Different fromforward logistics, reverse logistics dispersed disorderly, which precludes its long-termdevelopment. Especially in the field of electronics reverse recycling, the wasteelectronic products are in large quantities and it’s very difficult to recycle them, so it’sstill in the original stage of artificial recovery. The advantages of RFID technology aretraceability, security, and large amount of information, especially multi-tagidentification and application scalability. Introducing RFID technology intoelectronics reverse logistics, we can effectively resolve the complicated productionsources’ and poor working conditions’ problem in the field of electronics reverserecycling. Carrying out the applied research of RFID technology using in theelectronics reverse logistics system has profound significance for the formation ofcircular economy industrial chain expansion and exploration of the networking.The main research contents of my thesis are as follows: Trying to advance thegeneral design of electronics reverse logistics system based on RFID technology,combining the characteristics of reverse logistics, and focusing on the application ofRFID technology within system. This paper first states the background andsignificance. Analyzing and summarizing the development of reverse logistics and thecurrent situation of RFID applied research in the field of logistics through literaturereview, contrasting and then clear the advantages and characteristics of RFIDautomatic identification technology. Secondly, introducing the development history ofRFID technology, and analyzing its basic components, working principles andtechnical standards. Carrying out needs analysis according to the characteristics ofelectronic reverse logistics, giving the general design of electronics reverse logisticssystem based on RFID technology, and conducting the design work of RadioFrequency Identification, vehicle monitoring and management, tag group readfunction, including various functional modules design, equipment selection and theRF tag encoding rules. Finally, carrying out the application of RFID in the electronicsreverse logistics system based on needs analysis and system design, including: thehardware design of active RF tags and readers, Read multi-tag group analysis ofalgorithms, and verifying the feasibility and reliability of the design through testing and simulation experiments.
