With the improvement of people’s living standard, the application of glass products in daily life has became more and more widely. As the Glass products grinding machine, the control performance of this machine would directly influence the quality of products. A lot of semi-automatic grinding machines which need artificial operation still widely applied in our country, severely limited the accuracy and efficiency of the machining. In order to change this situation, developing a new type of glass grinding machine digital control system is very necessary.This thesis carefully investigated the problems that need to be solved in control system of the glass grinding machine, designed a new glass grinding machine control system. We used PC to instead keyboard LCD panel, and selected induction motor, PMSM, BLDC, these three kinds of AC motors for control and applied them in the most suitable control situation. Induction motor was used to drive millstone, BLDC was used to control millstone and PMSM was used for position control. Thus, the key point of this thesis is the high performance control of the three AC motors.Our research is based on TMS320F2812DSP platform. This thesis introduced the principle of SVPWM and the conception of coordinate transformation, solved the key and difficult points in the programming of SVPWM control and given out the simulation and experiment results.In short, we achieved a good control of the three different kinds of motors that we selected, which could improve the quality of glass products.
