| In this paper, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is studied.A PMSMcontrol system based on TMS320F2812 DSP is constructed, using full digital field orientedcontrol method. For the purpose of high power applications and high precision control, thefeasibility of controlling two PMSM using DSP is discussed.A realization includingsoftware and hardware design of this method is proposed.The mathematical model andcontrol principle of PMSM are analysed, i_d=0 control, maximum torque/current controland flux-weakening control are compared.A system model is built with MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox and the simulation results are presented.The design of driver circuitboards and software is expounded in details. Rectifier, inverter and current sense etc. areachived through driver circuit, i_d=0 field oriented control is also achived in DSP.A PCsoftware used for displaying curve and communication is developed using VC++ 6.0.Finally, the whole system is debugged and the experiment results are given. |
