The Implementation And Of Design Of Intramural Collaborative Office System Based.NET

Office Automation is a newly developed office mode combining modern officeand internet. With the rapid development and application of internet, communicationsand multi-media technology, novel office modes like Office Automation, No-paperOffice have become a future trend. Despite of the completion of intramuralinternet,Weifang universities of science and technology are still using the traditionaloffice mode, in which important information transmission and working procedures aremissed. As a result, it’s difficult to share and collect information between sections andto achieve high efficency. Therefore, designing a campus OA system in accordancewith its conditions of management is of great practical significance, which is acampus network of various resources, an intramural, open and widely distributed OASystem, employing advanced intramural network to achieve informatization. It isnot only enables us to improve office conditions, and relieve the burden for the staff,and promote working efficient, but also helps to achieve the standardization,scientization, no-paper office and networking of campus management. OA contributesa lot to improving management level, office efficiency.In accordance with the office characteristics of our college, the author employstechniques of ASP.NET and SQL Server by introducing Browser/Server structure toestablish a synergetic office system for WUST based on the technology of.NET. Inaccordance with the office business requirement of our college, the OA system mainlyinclude11function modules, namely, My Desktop, Section Infromation, NoticeManagement, Files Management, Work Plans, Online Examining and Approving,Cars Management, Office Helper, Salary Enquiry, Freshman Information Inquiry,Study and Communications, and Rules and Regulations. The stability of the OAsystem can be guaranteed after trial-running. The OA system, based on the campusoffice need, can promote the share of various resouces, communication andcooperation of different sections and departments, which therefore improves theoverall working efficiency and meets the requirement of leaders, which reallyguarantees the collaborative office successfully in our university.
