Educational Management System Sub-platform Based On Mobile Internet

With the development of Internet and mobile communications technology, theworld entered the information age, and the way of human communication hasundergone a fundamental change, so networks and mobile phones increasinglybecome the popular communication tool. The mobile Internet has become a populartrend. Mobile Internet’s anytime and anywhere greatly meet the people’s needs for theinformation. At the same time, WAP technology of concern also proposes a standardway of mobile communication terminal connected to the Internet, and enables mobiledevices to access Internet information easily. The huge information resources ofInternet and the rapid popularization of mobile devices makes the WAP applicationhave great potential for development, and WAP-based mobile technology ande-commerce systems are rapidly entering people’s work lives. Recently, most collegesand universities have built educational information management platform based onWEB, but although the Internet has reached an unprecedented popularity, it eventuallyis limited by "wired home". While the phone mobile device is quite common instudents and teachers, in this paper, it will combine with existing WEB campusnetwork resources and mobile communication technology to provide personalizedinformation services for the teachers and students. It design a educationalmanagement subsystem based on the mobile Internet, making itself be anotherextension of the management system network.Educational management system sub-platform based on mobile Internet is notjust an expansion of the campus, but a convenient way for teachers, students and staffto use the management system. It makes the users can log management system inanytime and anywhere to ensure the information of the management system to bedelivered and updated effectively.The educational management system designed in this paper has functions asfollow: academic information search, curriculum adjustment notification, queryresults, test queries, academic notice and course selection results etc.
