Research And Development Of Postgraduate Educational Administration Management System Based On WEB

With constant enlargement of postgraduate enrollment scale of domestic university, and the reforming of structure of education constantly, the workload of postgraduate educational administration has been increased greatly, and become more and more complex. So, developing a more efficient postgraduate educational administration management information system based on WEB becomes an urgent task. This subject according to the characteristic of postgraduate educational administration management mode of He'Nan University Of Technology, designed and realized postgraduate educational administration management information system(PEAMIS) of He'Nan University Of Technology based on WEB.During developing, we use the standard UML OOA(object-oriented analysis) to analyze and design the system. And taking the development of postgraduate educational administration management information system of He'Nan University of Technology as an example, discuss the program design, system infrastructure, security of system and realization techniques in detail. By considering the components of basic information management, score management and courses-selecting management in the PEAMIS, the design principle and realization techniques as well as partial arithmetic realization of PEAMIS are analyzed and illustrated.The workload author mainly completed includes:(1) Based on thorough investigation, understood of postgraduate management work pattern and work flow, according to the user demand. Author used the standard UML object-oriented analysis method to analysis the system, proposed based on the WEB He'Nan University of Technology postgraduate educational administration management information system model and the network system deployment.(2) Established the postgraduate educational administration management information database system based on SQL Server.(3) In the postgraduate educational administration management information system's 10 function modules, the author completed the 5 function models' design and realization: School Register Management Model, Score Management Model, Choosing Class Management Model, Basic Information Management Model, Bring-Up Plan Management Model.In the system secure aspect, author used based on the role user authentication and the access control mechanism to guarantee system own security. Because has used the J2EE technology, the system has expandability characteristic, could be run on different platforms, as well as has reliable characteristic.The system has basically satisfied all functional requirement of the He'Nan University of Technology postgraduate educational administration supervisory work. After this system actual work, has achieved the anticipated effect.
