Undergraduate Educational Administration System is the most important and the most basic working platform for undergraduate teaching and it is also the core and the foundation of various colleges and universities management systems.In the era of rapid popularization of smart phones,having a convenient access to the educational administration system on mobile phones accommodates the benefits of both teachers and students.However,the system now adopted is not available at mobile device.Therefore,based on the educational administration system of our university,it is very valuable to research and develop an application for mobile terminals.Based on this background,this design adopts We Chat official account as the platform to realize mobile educational administering functions.Under the conclusion of the demand analysis of mobile educational administering We Chat official account,the system model and design framework are defined.Taking current working flow of our Educational Administration System as foundation,this thesis demonstrates the application of SQL structured language technology in the detailed develop and design of Oracle-based Database interface,which also supports the function designing.Then,application of SQL,PHP and XML,and adopted on MVC model based third-party supportive Think PHP developing platform for functions designing on Wechat application service platform,which include the design and development of My SQL database,data model,operation control,UI interface and other module,and it finally be deployed through virtualization technology and network technology at low cost.Through the testing and improvement of the system function module and the analysis and optimization of practical operation,this design will realize the functions for the simultaneous launch of the educational-related notice,common information,the student training plan,vacancy inquiry of classroom,class schedule,exam schedule,score inquiry,teaching schedule,invigilation plan,class assignment and Q&A interaction functions,and the educational administration department can push notification,both graphics-text information and text information,to individual or group directly.The design allows users to accept and use the mobile educational function in the most convenient way.And under the premise of reliable,safe,low cost deployment and friendly and convenient human-computer interaction,it ensures the timely and accurate data of the mobile terminal to receive and receive data.All functional tests are passed as expected.The current educational administration We Chat account serves more than 10,000 users.
