Analysis And Design Of Beijing Polytechnic Studentmanagement System

The application of computer has access to all areas of social life and management plan since the21century. Since five occupation schools from Beijing were integrated into a higher vocational institute named Beijing Vocational College of Science and Technology in March in2007, The student management, especially the unified management has become more urgent. Although the computer management has ever been put into use, the decentralized management mode has become the bottleneck of the new college students’ management because of the changing of the management object and management mode. The confusion data and the management difficulty is becoming a serious problem due to the departments and the college communications between problems.The paper analyzes the college students’ management, based on the needs of existing students’ management. Besides those, in order to make the project smoothly developed, the group members work together on the analysis, screening and summing up of the original information system. This paper also verifies the system and the database of reliability and availability. The storage time, storage space and maintenance costs are also fully taken into account. Finally, the system focuses on the wok of the modules function, function module design, interface design, operation flow and the matching of interface and database.I believe this system can bring a new opportunity to the students’ management in future. We will constantly improve the system to make it meet the practical requirement.
