| With the intensive development of enterprises to further promote enterprises in the standard planning, put forward the demand and application of standards information support. In this study, based on rigorous attitude of seeking truth from facts, investigation of current situation of business enterprises in the standard management, and analyses the differences between the same industry or similar industry. Support means mature information by combining with the needs of enterprise management and the actual situation, to further improve the level of standardization of enterprises as the goal, andard brick management information system construction standard, easy to use. This subject has the following characteristics:(1) Complete the power grid enterprise internal large-scale investigation, relates to the part of the management personnel and front-line staff in the team, master of the standardization work in enterprise development situation and the existing main problems, in reference to the successful experience of other industries on the basis, to build in line with its own characteristics of the power grid enterprises information system, effective support for enterprise standardization development.(2) The establishment of efficient and convenient access to the standard library, for power grid enterprise employees can quickly obtain the required standard system to guide the practical work, to improve the power grid enterprise standardization work efficiency.(3)The use of information technology to enterprises in the work of all kinds of standard documents, regulations, instructions and data processing and information storage and management in the standard. Through a comprehensive analysis of the system application, to provide a scientific basis for strategic planning.(4) In the design and implementation of the project, we use the multi tier architecture, in accordance with the service oriented architecture (SOA) concept, integration of a variety of technologies. |
