Since China entered WTO, the textile and garment industry has developed rapidly. Especially in recent decades, the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta act as the center where the garment enterprises made great strides. As the formation and development of the textile and garment industry chain, many small and large companies were prompted to pay more attention to the brand image, and improve the management level.The core sections of garment industry chain mainly include textile technology R&D, materials production, fashion design, garment processing, clothing trade. The clothing commerce is the importantly terminal part of the industry chain. Developed clothing wholesale and apparel retail are important guarantees for the development of the whole industry.The terminal markets of the garment enterprises usually adopt the chain operation strategy. The market has proved that the chain operation is more conducive to the promotion of the brand and the channel management. The chain operation refers to a number of companies to form a union, where the specialized division was ruled by the overall planning; meanwhile, the centralized management and the scale of operation based on the labor division was carried out so as to achieve economies of scale. The clothing chain operation mainly contains the regular chain and license league.With the development and popularization of computer technology, more and more companies began to use information management tools to enhance the management level of the enterprise itself. The main task of the system is to design a set of practical and available management system of clothing chain distribution, which is based on the features of multi-regional clothing chain distribution industry, the coexistence of management of the regular chain and license league, and clothing products updating faster, utilizing the Internet transmission technology and the advantages of centralized management.The application system of DRP(Distribution Resource Planning) involves many functions such as the purchase, distribution, inventory, retail and wholesale, return policy, financial,etc, which achieve the process management and control of enterprise logistics, capital flow and information flow. The technology can be applied to the Internet transmission "http" protocol and "Web Service" stably and the C/S mode, were used to meet the needs of central management of remote branch organizations and the combination of remote distribution, remote feeding, and data integration, so that the headquarters can inquire about the various branches of business data timely for meeting the needs of the management of modern enterprises.The designed application of the chain distribution management system is divided into the headquarters application management system and the branch application management system. The headquarters system includes:basic information management, enterprise organizational structure management, purchasing management, distribution management, inventory management, stock management module. The branch system includes:retail management, wholesale management, inventory management and other modules. In this paper, we discussed the building of the purchasing link business model, the database model, as well as the code implementation of foreground and background; moreover, the system testing and the notes and problems in the implementation process were introduced.I led the overall development of the system and the design, and have completed the system debugging. Currently, the system has carried out the test operations in some small-scale enterprise successfully, which was received positive comments from users and performed successfully.
