The paper analyzed the background and objectives of the product, and researched the target market and customer base; as a basis, planned the product’s the basic functions and features, designed the product’s hardware and software architecture, and given the product’s logic model design, data model design, surface design and code design. By used of improved rapid software development process, to developed a standard version of the product; finally, worked with the actual business situation and the problems had encountered in works, analyzed business requirements, made the secondary development plan, to generated the customers version of the product that more fitting company, and analyzed deployment, training, maintenance of content and process in the implementation process, made the plan of product implementation, while the effect of business after using the product and benefits were discussed.
