Design And Implementation Of The Insurance Sales Support System Based On Mobile Technology And The J2EE Framework

In recent years, the rapid development of the insurance market, especially the opening of foreign insurance market, the domestic insurance competition intensified. The ability and quality of the sales team has become the core competitiveness of the business development of the insurance company. Insurance companies long-term dependence on agency and brokerage business, its sales team building later, sales management system construction is still in the primary stage. Because of lacking corresponding tool support, sales team often faces the "information island" state in the actual development process,which cause marketing efficiency. Therefore, for the sales staff, planning and building a powerful sales support tools to improve the success rate of sales has become urgent to solve the problem of insurance company.This thesis firstly introduces the background and research significance, necessity of construction of mobile marketing support system. Then introduce the concept and function of sales support, and determine the key research of mobile client implementation of Android and iOS platform. This system adopts multi-layer architecture to reduce coupling degree, divided into user presentation layer, business layer, business logic layer, data access layer and service layer. The user presentation layer interface framework, native iOS API development based on iPhone/iPad, native Android API development framework based on Android interface. In order to improve code reuse, for the specific service page, as far as possible, using HTML5 development; between service access layer and presentation layer based on JSON serial communication, so as to support a variety of heterogeneous terminals; data access layer using the Hibernate framework for data persistence; for interacting with the core business, the background system service interface layer, provides WEB SERVICE interface of customer information query and policy information query, which using AXIS to achieve.Implementation and promotion of mobile sales support system, can facilitate the management of sales plan, sales staff performance objectives and customer information, improves the means of teamwork, improves the sales business development capacity and efficiency, so as to guarantee insurance company core competition force.
