The dection data from new generation of weather radar, is a very important part of weather prediction, forecasting, early warning and meteorological service. The new generation of weather radar is irreplaceable, especially in the case of abnormal weather,to the weather prediction, weather modification, foecasting and other meteorological service. Processing of the dection data to be an echo GIF images, can directly reflect the real-time weather changes. The accuracy of weather forecasting has been greatly improved, when use the echo GIF images combine with satellite cloudmap and the data of automatic meteorological observation station. However, due to various reasons, since Hechi NEXRAD running, the dection data is under-utilization, its work did not fully placed. By investigating the use of the Hechi NEXRAD dection data in the primary station, we try to find out the deficiencies of weather radar data sharing,and design a new radar data sharing system. By the new sharing system,each Hechi country meteorological station will be very convenient to view the radar data and the abnormal weather, grasp the occurrence, development path and changes of strong counter- flow weather system, which has a great practical significance and value.According to understand primary Meteorological Administration actual work, fully analysis the real need for weather forecaster and weather modification workers. In this paper, based on secondary products from Doppler weather radar data, we try to design a software system which with the function of sharing the radar data, can use Intenet to achieve real-time remote radar data, and have a specific technology presentation and discussion. The main contents of system is the Hechi NEXRAD data, it also can be very convenient to view the regional automatic weather observation stations, satellite cloudmap, Guangxi weather forecasts guidance and so on by the Link.The system is built by JSP technology, and B / S structure.The system has been put into using in the daily meteorological operations at present. It proved that the system make the grass-roots meteorological staff to access the radar data and other observation data they need be greatly facilitates, which have a good effect on improving the accuracy of weather forecasting and the timeliness of meteorological services.
