Low-level wind shear is a kind of weather phenomenon endangering civil aviation safety,which having the characteristics such as short time,small scale,enormous damage and so on.However,at present,there are many problems in the operation of the wind shear algorithm,such as poor recognition ability and shear edge blurring.Therefore,it is of great importance to strengthen the research of wind shear identification algorithm efficiently and timely.Doppler weather radar is an important tool to detect low-level wind shear,however,base data exist the quality problem.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the data quality to improve the accuracy and reliability of the wind shear inversion algorithm,so as to ensure the safety of the civil aviation aircraft.Detailed steps are as follows:these algorithms are carried out by the data base measured by CINRAD-SA Doppler weather radar.First step,the algorithm of wind shear is based on velocity data.Noise data,missing data and velocity ambiguity are processed.According to the data quality problems in high shear and isolated echo region,an improved algorithm is proposed to solving velocity dealiasing problems,basing on combined shear detection and a cross-shaped multi-scale window.The algorithm provides an effective guarantee for the correct inversion of wind shear.Second step,there are some problems such as missing report and shear edge blurring in direct difference filtering algorithm.Based on Doppler weather radar data,the algorithm of wind shear is proposed.Firstly,this paper carries out quality control of radar data.Secondly,the least square method is used to calculate the shear value within the fitting window.Thirdly,the wind shear region is identified and displayed on PPI,according to the wind shear threshold.The measured data are used to validate the algorithm,and the results show that the wind shear regions extracted by this algorithm matches the real convergence and divergence regions.
