Culture has two forms. They are idea form and substantial form. Media Culture is a carrier, which includes both idea form and substantial form.Media is a great part of our culture life. Media is culture not only because that mass media such as television, radio, movies, newspaper, magazines, books, internet has occupied our time and become our living habits, but also because that media produce all kinds of media products and media represent a new life style. Media culture is changing our life stealthily.Media Culture means culture products made by mass media, including their styles, meaning, broadcasting and social influence.Media Culture made by media, takes culture to change and becomes a cause of culture change. Culture and media are always in a reciprocal relationship. Without media, culture will lose energy, and without culture, media will be the body with no soul.My article is composed by six parts.The first part is the introduction part. It gives the meaning of Media Culture after investigating the history of culture meanings.The second part uses Marxism Media Culture theory and western media points to introduce how Media Culture is produced.The third part analyzes the relationship between Media Culture and some kinds of main culture styles on base of classical Marxism culture theory and Western Marxism culture points.The forth part analyzes the Media Culture influence on politics, economy and human beings and discusses the ideology of Media Culture and use as National Machine.This part also discusses the industry character of Media Culture and the its influence on human beings, especially on juvenile, and gives the ways to reply.The fifth part analyzes the status, use and function of Media Culture in socialistic culture construction and discusses the historical duty of socialistic Media Culture.The sixth part is an ending part, which shows the future of Media Culture. As Engels said :" Every advancement of culture is a step to freedom."...
