Study And Development Of On-line Power Dispatching Training And Examination System

This paper develops a power dispatching training and testing system which incorporates audio, text, pictures. It has various functions such as training, examining and competing. This system is one that comes with visual functional modules as its interface, power dispatching training as its core, and combines with workflow engine. Therefore it gives rise to a paperless work pattern and achieves visual workflow management of power dispatching training.Based on the contents of power dispatching training, this paper analyzes the required functions of power dispatching training system, and builds dispatching training models which includes knowledge depot model, individual role model and so on. Such models could improve the pertinence of dispatching training. Through analyzing the effectiveness of power dispatching training system with rough set, it provides a base to come up with training schedules. This paper studies the structure of the database in power dispatching training system, and builds the optimal database structure so that it is practical, extensible and standardized. Also the lightweight workflow and engine design are discussed in this paper. Their introduction to the system makes the visual workflow control reality.This system is based on the Browser/web serve/database serve3-tier architecture, which ensures the system is open and extensible. Some special designs are introduced in the presentation layer, business logic layer and OPL. Java is the main development language which makes the system portable, robust, safe and free of the restrictions of CPU architecture and related environment. With a friendly interface, the system is rich in contents, easy for man-computer exchange, intelligent, and has a constant style. It is easy to use and manage.The power dispatching training system is suitable for various workers, and is not restricted as far as location or time are concerned. It achieves closed-loop control and personalized training. It incorporates all stages from training needs investigation, training effectiveness evaluation, and finally setting training records. It makes business decision making more scientific.
