The Study Of Information Resources Co-constriuction And Sharing Service Of Hebei University Libraries

With the development and advancement of time and technology,information resourses made a rapid progress.Information resource digitalization and information transmission networking not only creat a convenient condition for the co-construction and sharing of information resourses,but also sets higher demands at the same time.The library is the gathering place of social information resources.University Library as a whole, with the most abundant information resources and the overwhelming majority of user groups. Therefore,it is of great inportance to realize the co-construction and sharing of information resourses nationwide by promoting the co-construction and sharing of information resourses of University Library.The paper studies on the co-construction and sharing service of University library information resourses in Hebei province, is divided into five chapters.The fist chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research and the domestic and international research dynamic status and so on. The second chapter describes the basic concept,related theory of the University Library Information Resource Sharing service as well as its service scope.The third chapter is mainly a introduction of typical cases of university library information resources sharing service at home and abroad,puts forward suggestions on the specific content of the project from the perspective of qualitative.Through the introduction of typical cases,summarizing advanced experience of co-construction and sharing of Library Information Resource home and abroad.The fourth chapter is the focus of this article, recommendations on the co-construction and sharing service of University Library Information Resource are put forward from a quantitative point of view.The fifth chapter introduces the situation of university library construction and information resources co-construction and sharing in Hebei province.To grasp its progress and reades’ needs by using the method of questionnaire and interview an so on.The sixth chapter,using the factor analysis method to ensure the content of co-construction and sharing service from the macroscopic point of view.The last chapter is the conclusion part.Based on the qualitative analysis of advanced service concept home and abroad as well as the quantitative analysis of statistical survey research,suggestions and advices on the co-construction and sharing service of University Library Information Resource in Hebei province,are put forward from four aspects of financial security, institution building, the balance of interests and intellectual property protection.
